After subscribing, we ask that you fill out our membership welcome form online.    Our online discussion is not open to the public.  It is for injured federal workers, reps, friends and family.  While it is all free, members are asked to identify themselves privately.  Only the listowner, Barb, and webmaster, Paul, have that identifying information.  It is not given or sold to anyone for any purpose.  No advertising comes to you as a result.

When you click on Join, you will be given four ways to read your mail.   In Read Mode, your choices are :   1. individual emails   2. daily summary digest  3. daily full digest    4. read it on the web.  Pick one, and then click Join.  You will get an email right away.  To accept, click Reply and Send.  Then you check your mail again, and follow instructions. That is procedure to protect people from being subscribed by third parties.  Then you can also register with Yahoogroups to use features, so you can change your own mail from singles, digest, summary digest, or web mail, or back again.

Use YahooGroups.com web page.
The Help at right is from their
website.
Easy to register at YahooGroups.com
Yahoogroups is the hosting service for this list, offering you direct control of your own subscription, from YahooGroups website, and other features.

1. You go to www.yahoogroups.com/register and enter your email address.   Then YahooGroups sends you an e-mail message containing a validation number. (This is how they make sure no one else can register as you.)

2. Check your incoming mail for the validation email and copy the number.  Usually it's sent right away.

3. Go back to the "Completing Registration" page showing in your browser and paste the number, or click on the blue highlighted URL in the e-mail.  You must create a password. (You can always choose another later if you forget it.)

That's it! Click "Done" and you have your new, free YahooGroups.com account.
